Open Day Event
Our next Course Information Open Day will be held on Tuesday 7th July 2020, and in this instance will be held remotely. This event is usually held at the Guy's Campus, King's College, St Thomas' Street, London SE1 9RT and we hope to return to our London venue for our next event. A following Open Day will be held in February 2021 - date to be confirmed. Prospective students will be able to bring their portfolios for discussion and constructive feedback; find out more information about the course, and take part in a practical afternoon drawing session. These events are held twice a year in February and July. The cost of the Open Day event is £40.00pp. Booking is essential. Please use the form below and pay via the PayPal.
*On this occassion, our Open Day Event will be held by remote communication, thereby enabling us to still give you course information, application advice and portfolio feedback, during this current Covid-19 restrictions. We will keep to a similar timetable as indicated below. We will request sample artworks to be sent through by email, once we have receiuved your booking form.*
Open Day Timetable
• 10am to 12am - Introduction and Course Information - Art Portfolio Feedback
Come and find out about this unique and specialist postgraduate course.
We recommend that all prospective students come to meet us, to discuss their career path, find out about our course structure, planning, syllabus, workshops and events. Bring your art portfolio/s with you, for discussion and constructive feedback.
• 12am to 1pm - Lunch
Lunch is not included, but there are plenty of cafes on campus or near by.
• 1pm to 3pm - Medical Art Drawing Taster Session
Bring your own art materials, including cartridge pad for a practical drawing session; experiencing detailed observational medical drawing with artwork guidance from expert tutor/s throughout the afternoon.
This information taster day follows a structured programme so booking is essential. The fee per student is £40.00.

A two day scientific workshop will be held in July 2020 to compliment the open day and those planning to collate a portfolio. Date to be confirmed. *Please note this event may need to be cancelled if access restrictions to the museum are still in place. We will let you know nearer the time, amd a full refund will be given should the event be cancelled.
Booking will only be confirmed once payment is received. Open days are non-refundable unless the MAET cancel the event.
